The staff of your hotel is always friendly and helpful, we were impressed by your staf - The driver from the BKK airport found the hotel very quickly, so it took us about 30 minutes to get there. Check in on the 17th floor also was very quick (as well as check-out three days later). Room was spacious, with TV in every room, Apple TV, and various other gadgets, but without a Thai charm of other hotels. Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable, we even managed to watch an online film in our native language, as there was no Russian language TV channel in the list of hotel TV channels. Break

We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room.   Great location with BTS station right in front of the hotel! Friendly staff always ready to help the guest and fulfil my requests (gave me free early c.in when I arrived before 12 a.m and late c.out until 2pm and got facility to take shower and refresh before night flight). Comfortable rooms, generally clean (there were some garbage bellow the bed... what people say » , saw it cause my earring got dropped to floor) but generally a very good hotel great value for money. - Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room. Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room. And free wifi in room!
