The second you come in, the owner is there to greet you and check you in. He's Scandinavian, his english is perfect and speaks Thai impeccably. You can tell that he cares about the facility and the way it is maintained and ran by the cleanliness and the quality of service. The place is an incredible deal for what you get. The bungalows are spacious, immaculate and modern. The breakfast is plenty generous as you order form a menu and is free of charge. The staff is friendly and the pool is amazi.
all reviews » The staff is very nice and kind. The boss was well-prepared for every customer, even can call their name when check in which made us very warm and felt at home. The environment within the resort is also nice and make us feel comfortable. The room is very clean and bright with several windows. It is quiet and European style. Martin, the wonderful host! My bungalow had everything to ensure comfort and relaxation and was cleaned every day. Special thanks to the lady who was a genius in the art of towel-folding. Great wifi. Close to beach and street restaurants. Also close to Tesco and 7-Eleven. The best thing about the hotel is that is run by a Swedish person. European level of service and great friendly staff. Everything is clean and very comfortable. 5 stars, and probably the best place to stay on Ko Chang. Good location, friendly staff, all restaurants, massages and shops are near the hotel. You can ask from owner Martin help, whatever You want to do in island, he is very helpful and all day in place. It was nice resort whos owner speaks English exellent. It has nice swimmingpool with cool water. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, too. - Good Location. Location - close to the best thai resturant (KA TI) Great beach - 10 min walk. There is nothing we didn't like about staying here. It provides simple Western style breakfast. Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to communicate with the staff in English. The building activities next door, but i understood they would be done by September... With a coffee machine for breakfast will be better. the resort offers nice trips but it's expensive, you can get it much cheaper in the tourist information. - We booked the Snorkeling Tripp and other tourists on the Boat had nearly paid only the half price in their hotel. So its very overpriced in the Noren Resort - Scrambled Egg and Omelette at the Breakfast were completely oversalted. Impossible to eat. - Breakfast menu has a very confusing system. We knew this already but the resort is a short walk away from the beach. The bungalows were quite close together, I thought it would be more spacious, but they were insulated well, no noise. We found quite a few ants in the room. This is quite normal in Thailand and, apart from that, cleaning was ok.
