Location great, a serene oasis in a busy beach area. Pool & swim up bar set amongst a tropical rainforest. Ample breakfast selection with dining for lunch & dinner. Short walk to Karon beach & shops. A fantastic place to holiday with beautiful friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you in a quieter part of Karon Beach but still accessible to all the night life. Restricted times in pool area. Breakfast was good, perhaps a wider selection of fruit on offer (if I was going to be picky :o). Had issues with Bedroom aircon and hairdryer but they were fixed promptly and we were offered change of room but declined. Most apologetic but really was not a negative. Nothing. 20 min of free WiFi each day was enough for us. Had to leave after 4 days. if you want wifi, it's 200b /day. the cocktails aren't very nice, but the drinking them in the pool is great and the friendly accommodating staff will stop playing Gangnam Style on repeat if asked. Leaving. Everything was excellent. I do wish our cooking class was longer. It seemed a bit rushed. It was a bit hard for me to get used to the no-pc life due to the lack of wifi, luckily i had package on my phone, so it was not too bad. The transportation is always an issue in Phuket, it'll be nice if the hotel provided free shuttle to patong or Phuket town. No internet. having to pay 200 baht a day for wifi when it was free practically everywhere else. Could have stayed in the resort for some meals but went out for lunch and dinner to use free wifi. Limited drinks at breakfast, took my own green tea down every morning. It's not so clean in the room when compared to other resorts. Crossing the busy road to the beach. Door lock jammed! Curtains didn't completely cover windows and doors; extra effort needed for making sure you get full privacy. We found a tiny frog in the shower (but they are all over the place outside any way). Bath tub wasn't clean; I couldn't imagine sitting in it eventhough I wish that I could. Slippery floors in the bedroom. I had a bad fall in the middle of the night. Breakfast - very limited choices. Juice tasted like cordial Cocktails expensive and happy hour only goes from 4pm-5pm. Charge for wi-fi. A staff comment when we checked in that we were not allowed to bring additional guests back at night . Felt because we are a gay couple the assumed we would have an orgy!. Location. No free wi-fi at the hotel. A noisy construction near the hotel, horrible and dirty way to the beach, lack of services common in 4 star hotels (booking of services through the receptionist, inability to provide telephone numbers of local facilities, absence of wifi or free internet connection). Breakfast is limited in choices. They charged for every single little things including WiFi and call inquiries for local show. No free wifi. Staff has mild difficulty with english. bed uncomfortable, could be cleaner.
