The hotel had some excellent deals going which included breakfast. It is a private boutique style hotel with a full sized bedroom seperate to a living area and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the rooftop pool was inviting with 99 baht cocktails on sunset. We were also given a 10% discount off massages next door. The staff were amazing and were always friendly and helpful. It was a great little getaway close to good shopping and resaurants but far enough away from the hustle and b.

There was a bit of a view from the rooms but a lovely view to the beach from the pool level (3rd floor) free wifi. And the staff always helped me get started. Very helpful and caring when my daughter had gastro the day we were checking out. Let us stay longer and relaxed in foyer waiting for the taxi. Thanks Starfish and Baby. Lovely new clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent, lots of different food to choose from, can easily fill yourself up for the day. Location was great, just a few minutes from the beautiful Karon beach and next to some lovely resturants. Shops close by to. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone. The room was a good size. The pool was fantastic with beautiful views and a good size. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice and had a USB port where you could plug in a flash drive. The balcony was nice with a small table and 2 chairs. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They really helped to make my trip much more better. Can't think of anything we didn't like really. I'm being picky but it wouldnt hurt to scrub the shower floor. The "living room" was VERY empty and bare looking. Just a small couch and coffee table on an area rug, and nothing else. Seemed like a big white empty space with a lot of unused floor area. Some extra furniture and something on the walls would go a long way. There was not waiter on the pool, but I called to reception and they came. Wifi signal wasn't great in room. Located in a prime tourist area, therefore food around the area are expensive. all was great!. Unstable hot water. Simple breakfast. Nothing!. The hotel looks better on the photos than in real. The rooms are very tiny. Breakfast is average. the bathroom was too small. the shower door inconvenient the basin too high. we had no hot water for two days out of a 6 day stay!!the fridge door fell off!the dining room was a bit dirty. Although very quaint the room would be very small for 2 people..... Did not like the fact that one had to be specific in terms of a breakfast time. On a piece of paper, the evening before, one had to give a specific time to have breakfast within 1/2 hour intervals. Hard bed and tiny bathroom , shower Luke warm at best and quite weak. Their web-site states that the deluxe suites are assured a sea-view. This is not true. No hot water. Small room, view to the wall, electrotranformator near the building. - close to the beach, but karon beach is quite boring, i would have preferred staying in kata - the english of the staff is limited and they don't try that much to understand you – noticed that specially when asking for some directions - wifi was impossibly slow - no laundry service - strange smells. the bed was hard as a rock. very no frills hotel. not clean everywhere!!! english in reception is very bad. Yoy have to fill spesial forms for breakfast the day before with time and food... AC was impossible to understand :-) Room was very small. Too noisy. No view from balcony and pool on roof. In website pictures everything looks 10 times better then in reality. Breakfast is poor. Lighting in corridor is more like in hotel from "red lights street" . 95% of guest are from Russia. So if you want to go swimming in hotels pool, forget about silence, comfort and free spaces on beach chairs , because their all are occupied with towels. Don`t even try to take them off... Small rooms. No view. Noisy. The personnel is interested in YouTube than the customers. The surroundings are terrible. A field of rubbish on one side and a building on the other. If you want to see Thailand Karon is not the place.
