The hotel is located quite perfect. Within some minutes you can reach the nightlife, like the Mai Tai Complex. Also the night market is not so far away. The owner and the staff are friendly, and also rent motorbikes for a fair price. The superior rooms are very comfortable, and good for a quite atmosphere. Ideal for couples ;) For a hotel with this standard the price is really fair. Central location and smallish but very clean and well furnished accommodation. Free WIFI was a bonus as was fridge and flat screen TV. We were given a room in the Victor Residence property which looks very recently improved with everything new.
all reviews » Hua Hin can be very noisy during the night, but this guesthouse is really quite. But yet close to everything you want to experience in Hua Hin. Really nice rooms, excellent staff and renting facilities. They also have a cute garden to chill out. great rooms ,great place !! lcd tv 32 " ,dvd , free wifi ,cable tv ,computers.... friendly staff and owner . large choice of rooms(different styles) at various prices . highly recommended. I will come back !. Good for the price with Air Con, Bar Fridge, lcd tv and dvd player and free Wi-Fi included in price of 690 baht per night. Close to beach although immediate area not best for swimming. Good price for renting scooter.Possibility to have a shower after check out. Very close to the beach. Free wifi. My original booking was a 490b room with fan, I was told it was shared shower room when I got there, so I upgrated to a 550b room with a private shower room. I didnt like the room, it was very small and old. But after the first night I found it was difficult to sleep with a fan in the 36C wether, s. After asking for a room with a private bathroom, we got one at another hostel for the same price. It is attached to this hostel and the staff says it has one owner. Standard room, fan, shower, toilet. Nothing special, but clean, near city centre and beach. Personal OK. quite nice lobby with a lot of books, games, video. The location. Close to every ware you want to go. The rooms near the reception are a bit more noisy, cause the reception is quite near. Staff's English ability not very good and English speaking owner not sighted. However all requirements eventually sorted out. No AC in room. Stuff couldnt find our reservation. No refrigerator in room. there's mouse in the room!!!. Change your description of the rooms, because they don't come with en-suite and Shower room included!. The parking space was too small. I stayed three days and no cleaning room during my stay. No cleaning of the room in 4 days. Ant-attack in the bathroom!!. The double bed was a makeshift sort of bed and very hard - only stayed the one night and moved else where,. Very basic rooms. The prices are lower when you book at the hotel then when you book at letsbookhotel.com. The room has a lot of cracks in the walls. It was not clean and did not feel comfortable. After sitting on the bed, we realized it had a lot of bedbugs and other small animals/insects on it. We did not sleep at the hostel, but changed to a great hotel: Smile Hua Hin. Little bit noisy from bar nearby. Frankly it's kind of the hotel where everything seems to be normal, but nothing even tries to exceed your expectations a bit. It seems nobode really cares about being better. But they are still normal. Very noisy guests in adjoining room.staff uninterested in asking them to lower volume even at 2am. says has parking.does not have parking have to park on soi if a space or on pier 40 bart hour. If no parking say no parking. A bit unfriendly staff. It was not what it showed on the web site. When I got there the owner sent me to his other guest house.its not 50mts from the beach at all. I had to argue to get a reduced price. He promised to move me over to the victor when he. Had room, although I had booked a room. When he did this it still was not what I had paid for and viewed on the site. The owner was rude about it and asked me to go and find somewhere else to stay. Not happy at all.
