The location of this hotel is excellent. It is located in the Sunday Night Market. Take a songthaew and go to popular attractions only 20 bahts. Also, the environment and facilities of the hotel are very nice. All facilities are function well and the cleanness is good. Furthermore, the owner of this hotel is very nice. She speaks good English and we communicate very well. Also, she helped us to organize and book the local tours. Besides that, she introduce some local Chiang Mai food which is ve.
all reviews » Excellent location- in the old town with great shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet but close to everything. ATM in lobby was super convenient. Staff was very helpful. Huge rooms- we had our own kitchen with table, fridge, microwave and kettle. Lots of room to spread out. Highly recommended- would stay here again for sure! Great value for money. Very nice hotel and stuff. Very comfortable and clean, large room, with charming interior. Excellent location, close to city center. Definitely not for one star, at least for three stars categorization, it is better and cleaner then many three star hotels. The ower is extremely friendly. She helped us organize all our tours and made sure we wouldn't miss the pick-up. She also booked additional nights for us in another hotel when Uncle Bear was full. The room was nice, big and clean. Even if it appears to be thin, rooms are comftable and spacius, even have a kitchen , Korean-japan style, proper, clean, nice and well located, near weekend market and temples, in front there's a hotel with great breakfast. We have 9 people.and we want to stay at the hotel form13.02.2013 to 14.02.2013.we want to a room for 7 of us,and the other room for 2 peop;e. people works in the hotel are so nice and helpful ,the room is fine and comfortable as i am along with mum. house was very clean it is in the old city centre. it is well located with valued price. Would have liked hand towels in the bathroom. Wifi could be a bit spotty, sometimes strong, sometimes weak. Water temp in the shower fluctuated sometimes. Minor things. Wi fi is tooooo slow, and has no elevator, we where in the 3rd floor still was not a problem. The inhouse air is not fresh enough, like some pets are living inside the house.... no. wifi is very bad at 3rd floor staff cannot speak english very well. no breakfast. Wc not clear :||.
