The location is excellent since it is situated literally 10 foot walk to the Saturday market which it worth going to. Prices are cheaper at the Saturday market than the typical tourist places. More importantly, in terms of the facilities, the hotel offers a motorbike hire just downstairs which is cheaper than other companies. We were particular happy to meet extremely friendly people. You don't need to worry about your passport if you are going to hire a motorbike from them. Incredibly friendl.
all reviews » First impression is the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, with a big balcony ( although no fantastic view). With the price that I paid I am happy with this , it is better than other budget hotel. The housekeeping staffs are very thoughtful, I did not required clean up my room and they are still put some drinking water in front of my room. Location wise, it is just next to Saturday market, nearby you can easily find some local and western food. It is some wal. The staff were eager to help, going as far as looking up directions to a restaurant I was trying to find on google maps. They were always present and ready with a smile and help. The place was super clean and very spacious! We were just outside the old city gates on the south end and I didn't know what that meant for proximity to things, but it was very close. I found many locals do not walk far, but I prefer to walk a km and see the city by foot so 20 minutes to get to the east gate where a l. Very comfort double room, the location is closed to old town and weekendly market for few mins walking. Easy to rent the bike or scooters, one big scooter shop on the downstairs. It's better to make the room reservation early because it is always full status. Great location just 10 minutes from the airport - 50 baht Songteuws pass on the main road. Very tidy and well kept as its a new hotel. Close to food stalls just over the main road. There are also some proper sit down restaurants close by. Perfect location with the walking distance to old town, temples and some action places. Cheap scooter rent (150bht for 24 hours) Very clean room. Nothing, we had a great time at Nobel Home! Actually, the internet connection was a bit choppy and slow. no hair-dryer. Uncomfortable smell in bathroom, but not impacts bedroom if you close the door to bathroom. Stayed here 3 times initially staff were pretty useless. They seem to have moved on now and new team very efficient!. No breakfast included & laundry service its expensive. We had to go else where. Room has not safebox. Wifi connection was weak, we booked the taxi (200bh) to send us to airport in early morning, the staff in the morning shift was not informed about the arrangement though the driver only was late for a few minutes. There don`t serve breakfast. The housekeeping staff yelling in the hallways from 6:00 in the morning until the evening. When take shower bad smell from the pipe... A lift but still stairs to manage luggage up and down. stuff is not willing to help. The elevator is half floor unequal to hotel floor. The walls in the hotelroom were very thin. Our neighbours were talking on a normal tone, but we could here there whole confersation. The hotel is a bit far from the nice restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood wasn't that nice. The personal spoke very bad English, they couldn't answer any of our questions. Staffs should know more information about local festivals to help tourists more. I think they should know more about the festivals in Chiang Mai and give good recommendation to tourists. There are ants on the bed sheet.Need to improve. outlook, out of hotel onto road, noisy, shabby, security. Staff were very unhelpful and rude. Felt like a chore asking for their help. For two days of the stay the house keepers did not clean or change the bedding in our rooms!!. noisy rooms. Noble house's staff said they had full house when I check in!!!!! They arranged other Noble house 2 for us which is inconvenience with old fashion furiture, broken TV and noisey air cond. I Don"t know why they HAVE NO ROOM but still accept my booking. I have made my booking 2 MONTHS ago from my journey via your letsbookhotel.com!!!.
