Friendly and helpful staff (the staff were excellent and always smiling). Location to old city and surrounding restaurants. The food served from the hotel was great. We booked a standard double room. Rooms were clean. We had a safe and a desk. The staff was kind and helpful. Wireless Internet was a bit inconsistent (dropped out repeatedly). Maybe is good to know before that the room douse not have a window, but there is one in the bathroom. The sink is also in the room not in the bathroom. Sadly the room was badly soundproofed and the doors did not close very easy - so you could hear every door being slammed.
