What people say

The hotel is situated very close to second best shopping mall in Chiang Mai, yet it's in the middle of a quiet residential area. One of the quietest places I've ever slept. No breakfast service, but a supermarket no more than a block away and a fridge in every room makes that up. Excellent value for the money. Kind of clean and new hotel. Clean room. The staff can communicate only in thai, but with some patience things always worked out. Walls aren't that thick and you might occasionally hear something from your neighbours. Both are very minor annoyances.
