  Staff was just great!!! They were very helpful with information about getting around Bangkok and provided a good map of the immediate area. WiFi worked very well, unlike a few other places I stayed. They can lock up your luggage if you need to store it for a few hours after checking out. The individual cabins are great. That goes for - from the moment i stepped my foot inside suneta hostel, it was an amazing experience, friendly staff, helpful as well, met alot of people during my 3 night stay, loved it! would totally go back over and over again, even if i'm traveling with friends, 2 min walk from kao san road, near to all the sightseeing areas (grand palace, and alot of temples), would recommend it to everyone (noone should miss that hostel)

  Great, friendly staff. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions and provided very helpful information about how to get around bangkok to the places we wanted to go, as well as making good suggestions for places we might want to visit. He allowed us to store a bag at the hotel for almost two weeks free of charge (we had a n... what people say » ight booked there at the end of out trip as well) and even helped us with online check in for our flight. The hotel rooms were clean and nice and the - Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great breakfast included. The manager is more than willing to take the time to help you choose activities and suggest ways to get to them. I was so impressed I cancelled my second hotel and rebooked Bahn Sukhumvit 20 when I returned to BKK after visiting Hua Hin. If/when I return, I will have no hesitation in booking here again.

  The bed, ever so comfortable. Room neat and clean but small. Hotel in a busy market street which suited me as it was just a base for 1 day of sightseeing and I was able to purchase some great bargains as Xmas presents to take home to Australia the next day. - its central location was brilliant,friendly staff always smiling

  Stayed with husband and daughter 13 years for 2 nights. The hotel is good for those who want to see the historical sights. Very nice hotel location. The boat, which serves as a public transport for 15 baht per person can gain access to the city center. And these trips are replaced by a tour of the canals. To the temples are within walking distance... what people say » , you can take a boat trip. To the pier from the hotel to the right, right up to the junction with the small green area. And there is a pier. From the - I stayed at Erawan House twice during this trip to Thailand. The important aspects for me are - location, quietness and security, then staff and cleanliness. Erawan House was excellent in all aspects. Location: excellent - very quite and within easy walking distance to anywhere around the Khao San Road area. Security: felt as though my belongings and myself were safe all the times. Staff: were lovely; very helpful (eg: made phone calls for us), friendly and fun. I would definitely stay again

  Malaysia used to be a backpacker or old Asia hands and partly "specialised clientele" kind of hotel. I lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and only went to use their fax machine. There were right. Malaysia has retained some of it's "old Asia hand" customers, but is now also booked by families and groups of young - Friendly and efficient reception staff. Good security. Homely feel...wonderfully 1960s ambience and a nice location within easy reach of Silom, the park etc but not too "in the midst of it all" .

  Room was clean,close to city center,breakfast was good, laundry system was good - The room was clean. Two single beds were properly arranged. the refrigerator was full with all sorts of food stuff which a person needs when checking in early. The breakfast is included in the room rent and is good to relish.
