Location, the room was great, nicely decorated and well equipped with good view. Water and complimentary bathroom items were very useful. Staff polite and upon checkin offered popcorn, cookies and drink, which was very nice after a long journey. There was also a tuk tuk for short distances free of charge. Since I stayed in a duplex room, the bed upstairs will not have anyone passed by the corridor. The room was therefore very quiet except in the morning, there was BTS trains passed by, it caused a little noisy. The bed was really big, three people slept in a bed will not feel uncomfortable.

Good breakfast, but take the opportunity to pick on the plate for just 10.00 disappears whole breakfast buffet at a tenth of a second, even on the weekend. The location is perfect for shopping and night life but for the main attractions I recommend a hotel in the Old Town by the river. Breakfast was amazing, the best of all the hotels I stayed in Thailand!. -superb service -perfect location, just few minutes walk from the train station and large department store -full equipped facilities, that you can enjoy every moments here -great variety of Breakfast. Amazing views from the room and central location. Staff were brilliant and even left a birthday cake for my wife in the fridge which was a nice surprise after a long day of sightseeing. We were very disappointed with the breakfast and found that it wasn't reflective of the 5 star status. The staff were despondent and required constant prodding for attention. WiFi routers extensively installed on all floors but somehow the bandwidth and ease of access was poor. the morning breakfast Buffet was good, but mostly the same things were there, if they could improve on the variety would have being better. It's hot at Swimming Poor side and there is no kids room.. the room is not as new in consideration of its age, the shockets under the metal shelf next to the bedside is really fatal , as the metal shelf is having sharp corners, injuries would be a natural result if customers are not aware of the potential danger, the floor at the first floor is a bit dirty. That there was a big construction site next to the hotel with some noise, and there were som construction at the hotel as well. Tariff is little on a higher side. Check-in staff were slow, breakfast was lacking 5* quality. Night porter asked my wife for her ID after a late night out!!. The staff does not speak nearly enough english. I asked if I had received any messages at the front desk and they could not understand my question. This was horribly frustrating. They also seemed to get very confused abouy letsbookhotel.com reservations, changes, and cancelation fees. The wireless was not working at all in the room (although after 30 min of trying they finally managed to fix it). In general, the staff just did not get the basics of hotel service down. Having to leave!. The reception and the lobby being on the 8th floor and not on street level. It's all good for me. nothing to complain. Some interior was not perfect. Some parts were broken. Difficult to locate light switches. No computer. Limited tv channels. No complaints. Glitches on the keycard system. Had trouble initially using the cards for the lift and the rooms. Cards didn't work midway through the stay as well. Nothing. They had no Halal food for Muslim guests. In future, they should permanently organise a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Muslim guests. Advertise it, and I am sure the hotel will see increase in number of their guests.
