The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful.

It was difficult to get a taxi, since the hotel was located not on the main Soi(street).The only bad thing whas, the one of my best shirts whas ruined by the laundry. one thing disappointed us: at the end of our stay we were charged 1 towel and 1 pillow case as they were dirty. This because of a hair colour used by my wife, that is not damaging the fabrics but simply disappears after a simple washing. we tried to explain this at check out, in vain.Also, 2 housekeepers came when we were still in the room before leaving to check if anything was missing or damaged. Small public area's (lobby lounge) - hard to talk privately with visitors. Only that the reservation not had come thru.The shower cubicle in the bathroom is too small. The hotel should re-work on the layout of their Gym as there are too many machines and space is too small. Hence, some of the machines are a hindrance while moving inside the gym. Also, the location of the TV inside the gym is incorrect. It should be more centrally located as it cannot be seen by people walking / running on the tread-mill.
