Philip and Pin, thank you guys for this amazing stay in the center of Bangkok. At the stage of booking already they proved to be understanding and open to agreeing on details which are very important to a family with a one year old baby. Always punctual and accurate and also patient although our flight was delayed for more than two hours and they had to wait for us early in the morning – sorry again for that :) Clean and tidy apartments, stylish European design, well equipped kitchen, the fri.

They have provided a full kitchen and a loaded fridge on check-in (with bread, egg, ham, beers, tea, coffee etc) as a welcome compliment. Both Philip and Pin are always reachable and happy to help you on anything. There is a 7/11 convenient store in the ground floor. The security staff at the ground floor can get you the . Stayed here with my husband and two young children. We felt at home when arriving from a long flight and greeted by owners Philip and Pin, who are friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. Loved the kitchen which had everything we needed plus some breakfast food and drinks in the fridge. Loved using the washing machine and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. There is plenty of storage and space for families as well as couples. Both bathrooms are modern and spacious. Security. MY bangkok Pad II gives us a very homey feeling. Phillip and Pin are very friendly. For first time visitors to Bangkok , they even provide useful information on places to visit , and warn us of scams , etc . The place is clean and very close to Petchaburi MRT Station. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok . The location, near Bts and Mrt station, direct city line or express line to the airport. The owners are very kind and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable with all we need for a short stay. The building is well secured and in a quiet surrounding. Good value for money, suitable for friends and family. Excellent Apartment, Excellent Location, Excellent Food, and Excellent Shopping...all within walking distance!! We have traveled all over the world for 25 years for work and for pleasure and this apartment/area was our best Thailand experience ever, not to mention that the staff is second to none!. Cold beer in the fridge as I have asked for it at booking. Was very impressed how clean and tidy everything were. Would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a smart and comfortable place. Thanks guys!. Great host, Phil he supporters us 100% and his lovely wode helped him very professional. I can highly recomend this place and we are all happy to be able to stay at such great place. We enjoyed the flat it was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely helpful. We tried to find at least a thing to complaint about, but no, nothing!!! Although, wait! There is one drawback – there’s no weighing scales. Having so much delicious food and yummies everywhere around, there’s such a big risk to bring some extra kilos back home. Thanks god, they don’t make us pay for them at check-in at the airport yet :). Not really anything I could think off. The mattres in the blue room is too soft for us. Otherwise all is great. Nothing we didn't like!. It was all wonderful.
