It is a very decent,clean & chic hotel. The room is of comfortable size. The design is pleasant & userfriendly. The overall experience is no frills and all the basic requirement are met eg;WIFI,clean toilet,comfortable bed etc.. The location is very accessible & convinient to bts & the Shopping area. Most of all,the staff is very efficient,friendly & helpful!! Indeed my iPhone was slipped out from my bag and it was in the taxi.The lady staff - Polly voluteer to call my phone.
all reviews » the location was pretty good. very near to MBK & if continue further up we can reach Central, Platinum and the rest of other malls as well as the Four Faced Buddha. Though the breakfast wasn't much of variety but it was very delicious and the dining area is very clean & bright! The corridors are in blue lights which changes the atmosphere. Great idea to place disposable cups & ice machine at Level 7 too. The blue chair is just perfect for relaxation after a day of shopping... Next t. Hotel was still very new, room was spacious and clean, location was great right next to national stadium bts, free buffet breakfast provided daily, easy self service to laundry and trolley for luggages, security scan to access to own room level, free wifi (a bit slow though), extremely fast room service food delivery, bottled water replaced daily, n more ... We booked this hotel for 7 nights , location is fantastic next to MBK,Siam Paragon and other Malls, staff was helpful and friendly we enjoyed our stay .Breakfast was decent (cereals, juices,milk,fruits ,noodles,eggs, sausage lovely fresh breads etc) don't know what all the grumpy people complaine about.Over all we were satisfied . This is vright off the National Stadium skytrain, easily accessible from the airport, close to major shopping and other venues. The hotel has excellent wifi, great breakfast is modern and the staff are wonderful. It even has onsite laundry facilities and a workout room. This is a hidden treasure and a great hotel!. One minute walk to BTS train. Beside this the rooms are very nice, clean, and good service. The staff that help you take taxi were very helpful to describe your destination to the driver. Most of taxi driver English is very poor. The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated, bright, spacious and comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast was great albeit the limited choices. The muffins, pastries, fruits, fried rice, omelets, were delicious. Coffee and tea was great too, freshly brewed from the coffee machine. Great new rooms with all the facilities and perfect location for shopping....all the shopping malls are at a walking distance.....good value for money.....friendly staff who always helped us in getting metered taxis.....would definitely stay there again. The location was fantastic - it was only a 5 min walk to the sky train and some of the major shopping centres (MBK in particular). The place is very new and clean. It's very near the National Stadium BTS Station, making it a convenient hotel for a solo traveller, and safe too, as it is on the main road. Breakfast need to be improved. It could be of more veriaty,its too manotonous,stale & basic with the choice given. the bed is too soft for us. None but receptionist staff can be more friendly and put on more smiles :). All was ok. NOTHING. Everything about this place is amazing. And I travel A LOT. Too many pieces of large furniture in room - the lounge chair may be downsized to save more space. Downlights rather than ceiling troughs for lighting along room corridors wld be better in lieu of dark carpets - but these are plush and comfy. the mini bar was empty. There is poor ventilation of extracting foul smell from the bathroom. There is some foul smell from the drainage/sewerage system that creeps into the room. The location is a bit far from all the nightlife and the taxi drivers charge u like crazy late at night for going back to hotel. the breakfast hall is a bit small and too crowded. no varieties for breakfast. I don;t have much to say here, i liked pretty much everything. Attention! Despite of the name, it's located not on Siam bts, but on the National Stadium bts station. As we noticed in the lobby, almost always you need to wait 14:00 for check-in. Coin laundry is overpriced (100 baht for washing and 100 for drying, no detergent available). Breakfast options were basic - but certainly adequate. When I take into account the price per night, I think they do an exceptional job!!. No complaint!. We stayed for 4 nights all days the breakfast was same everyday with very little choice.the hotel is not child friendly because the staff named Kevin refused bluntly when we asked him to warm our baby milk bottle in their microwave for few seconds.so we had to use the room water heater n clean it every time we used it.the hotel should write pets and babies not allowed. Menu at the Asia restaurant is rather limited. One female front desk receptionist was sulky. Do not understand why this hotel does not have porters to take your luggage to your room . Even the staff at the reception were not friendly n warm like the other hotels. The hotel lacked the facility of the pool but everything else was perfect. Breakfast wasn't good, with too few variety and the taste was just acceptable. The only thing I didn't like about my stay is the breakfast. The room is even better than Pathumwan Princess Hotel's deluxe room as the latter looks tired and overused due to the high turnover. No bolt on the bathroom door... Not very practical when staying with kids. Also housekeeping is generally unavailable after-hours. Could change some hot selections in buffet as same most days. Also confusion at checking on whether our booking with letsbookhotel.com was prepaid despite us showing documentation that it was. All sorted finally. encountered a problem that affects us. small lobby always busy. *nothing. The bathrooms would have been nice to have a fan. There was no muslim shower in the toilets which is a big problem for muslim travellers. breakfast standard. i prefer it if there is a pool, tho it is suppose to be EXPRESS. Lack of competent English speaking receptionists. They try but you are repeating yourself often, but always worked out to satisfaction. The hotel ad says MBK mall was just 200 meters away from the hotel. it was about 500 meters which was quite misleading. The BTS is pretty noisy. general quality of breakfast. - The prices of Laundry are too expensive. Breakfast a little hit & miss at times. Personal recommended expensive and bothersome taxi drivers. N/A. Got ripped off by taxi driver called by hotel staff but this is no fault of hotel !! May be they could consider logging the taxi numbers with copy slip to passenger so cab could be blacklisted in case of complain. - Reception always busy with new guests - breakfast range far too small. The breakfast was not as good as expected. The breakfast capacity n the limited variety. short of scale, breakfast too little choice.
