Very good 4* hotel. Excellent location - just 5-7 minutes walk from BTS Skytrain or MRT Underground, also no problem to find a taxi or tuk-tuk near the hotel. Large very well equipped rooms with excellent view from the window and the balcony. Big supermarket and free parking located in a bulding next to the hotel. The hotel is clean, excellent service, very friendly and English speaking staff. Nice restaurant and swimming pool at 26th floor. Considering the location, prices, rooms size and des.
all reviews » Hotel has a nice location,very close to Terminal 21, Asoke skytrain station is just 5 mts walk, we arrived late and were immediately checked in and were given free upgrade to a two bedroom suite on the 29th floor, lounge and bedrooms had huge floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of Bangkok skyline, hotel is adjacent to a 24 hours open foodland which is a big plus for families travelling with children, overall very nice hotel with excellent location and the staff. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. And the view we had over Bangkok was amazing. Would definitely book it again with out doubt. Not to mention the friendly and accommodating staff that were most nice and helpful. Loved our free upgrade to a spacious one bedroom upon arrival on 39th floor with great view. Great location with mall and Skytrain a 5 minute walk along street that was not crowded. 24 hr supermarket next door . Good location! The hotel is near the BTS and metro station. Very big rooms, they upgraded us for apartment.. balcony.. I used the loundry services a couple of times. First time the lundry returned one day later than it should be. The second time it was not collected from the room and I had to ask for it in the reception. The bed was quite hard (yet very large and comfortable), but I've noticed that in several locations in Thailand so I guess it is how it is there. Hotel swimming pool is very small with no kids section, one expects from a hotel of this level to at least have a decent pool, the one they have is just a formality. Nothing at all. Pool had been downsized and was not adequate . No place to sit in sun and only 2 lounges. Breakfast items needed to be heated adequately as some were cold. Breakfast is soso. nothin. HVAC noisy. Pool need refurbishment. cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery totally inadequate for a serviced apartment. no teapot/coffee pot, no serving dishes, one tiny frying pan, no saucepans, no kitchen towels. Breakfast very poor. Put us off restaurant for any other meals No "no breakfast option" Studio had no table to eat off!. Property is dominated by guests (from a single country) who have taken over the lobby and recreational areas. No cooking utensils although there is a kitchen. The room was dusty!.
