the deluxe suite was spacious and comfortable, staff very pleasant, location was central. the bar downstairs was excellent even though it was on the main road it felt like an oasis away from the noise of the road and had a very nice ambience and was a good meeting point for friends. 1: The staff there were excellent! Both Bellboys were willing to go the extra mile to make your stay more memorable. 2: Location was really good. Very near the BTS and MRT and at the same time it's not smack in the city so we were able to escape most of the traffic.

On my second stay they said all 'routers' were lent out and thus no wifi in my room. The business center had wired computers to use (free) and the lobby had wifi. Like other beds in Bangkok hotels, this one was hard. Just a little far from Sukhumvit in the heat, a shuttle might have helped. The Soi 20 Entry road street food outlets..... Stinks..... The free tuk tuk service need to wait for some times. needed late check out at 2 pm though :-(. is far from BTS ASOK & MRT. nothing. Bathroom is not clean we found coackrosh twice. There is no smoking room, shuttle Tuktuk not send us to Asoke bts as mentioned instead we need to walk ( quite distance ). the pool was a joke..the restaurant was unnessesarily expensive. The lounge. The water heater will suddenly become very hot. Even the price paid was same, but some room my friends got was smaller. Staff not friendly. Should not rated as 4 stars hotel, 3.5 stars will do. Cockroaches in the Bathroom and Room. On three days out of the four I stayed. Callous attitude of the hotel manager upon complaining during and at the end of the stay.
