The hotel had excellent facilities were extremely clean and very luxurious! Only negative thing I could say is location. Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough. As for resort itself would never return Thailand has such better places to visit -

The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am.
