I book the pool access room. Before arrival at tge hotel .i was afraid how hotel room will be. Because i was coming from patong and the hotel is below my expectation. But when i open yhe room of this hotel. The room was so big . I dont know the other rooms of this hotel but i recommend everyone come and stay only in pool access room. Now after our 2 days stayi nagapura hotel . Our next hotel book is Holiday Inn same room access pool. But rooms are too small and price of the room double. If i di.

It was low season when we went and the gardens, although beautiful were neglected. Extra bed really bed. Dirty,thin, not comfort. Staff always make mistakes I have paid for the extra bed on the day I check in. She ask me to pay again on the day I check out. The room a bit smelly. Air cond not function well. My daughter crying on midnight because of too hot. We travelled a lot in Thailand, but this hotel is no value for money. It's not clean, The room is big but that's all wat is Nice about it. We had to pay everything in avance (strange maybe people want to leave after cheching in and seeing the room) breakfast room looks like à kantine. If you pay 1500 bath for à room you maybe accept this but not of you are paying 4700 bath. Breakfast a little iffy. Hotel in general a little rough around the edges. Everything! 1) Staff is very bad - they did not find our and others reservations. They don't know that I paid for room. We asked room with 1 king-bed at the moment of reservation and received room with 2 separate beds 2) WiFi didn't work all days due to "technical problems" 3) Important thing! Beach is far far away! 4) Breakfast was weak 5) Bad electrical system: you can not charge the battery of your phone without light in room.
