Very good location, superb villa access to pool stay, value for money, super fast internet, helpful front desk, friendly staff.....i have very good experienced for 5nights in Aonang Orchid Resort. I've experienced many other good resort worldwide, this is one of them. Don't understand why so many others are complaining, maybe their expectation were sky high then they should stay in Ritz or Hilton. Haven't try their breakfast so can't comment.

Amazing view on the mountain and partial view of the sea if you're in the 3rd floor. Potentially this could be a really excellent hotel. It is comfortably close ot the beach, boats and good restaurants and has a good range of facilities for guests. The pool is good and the rooms are large and generally comfortable. The Hotel is strategically located near the famous Aonang beach which is surrounded by the souviners outlets along the road. Not to forget of the hotel's swimming pool which is very clean and privacy! We hv enjoyed our stay!. The hotel was real awsome whereby its strategically located near to the beach and very easy access to nearby restaurants, gift shops, massage centers and convenient shops. a real worth staying hotel. the room and the pool were so beautiful. My kids really enjoyed their holiday and would love to come again. Besides, this hotel serves halal food and near to shopping area..great!. They upgraded me free of charge which I really appreciated as I didn't like my room on arrival. nothing to cherish about. Pool access room. None. Faulty A/C in the room we had the first night. No hot water in the room we had the following days (not really a problem given the local temp 32°C/90°F). It seems to be involved in an economy drive at present. This meant that the breakfast buffet was not replenished and much of the choice vanished for 'late' guests. The showers were also a fairly widespread problem - some too hot, some too cold and ours a varying mixture of hot and cold on the same setting. I can only hope that the managers think again about the 'cost' of their drive to make the place more 'financially efficient'. none. The sea-view option is not really worth it (the hotel is not that close to the sea to enjoy it properly and due to other buildings and electricity wires). wasn't very happy with internet connection. signal wasn't strong enough in our building. at best it was spotty. Bathrooms - out dated! No hot water for 3 days. the breakfast, because i thought it was a buffet breakfast instead of ordering breakfast. Breakfast !!. Smell wasn't good, no hot water, low pressure in bathroom. nothing. nothing... Breakfast, very basic. More attention to maintenance needs in rooms,pool. Breakfasts were inadiquate. The price is a little high, with its facility, and other services. Counter staff could learn how to be more friendly, at least a smile. No wifi. No wifi coverage at all in our room which they said a new building. No water for 1 days without notice. Bad welcome, view of the 1st room on an electrical transformer, change room with view on swimmingpool = +500tbh/day. First time i must pay all schuddle when check-in. Basic breakfast and view on a parking. Two last days, the service was better : congratulations to the supervisor. Very disappointed in the whole breakfast experience. Lack of choice, coffee not hot. Venue in a driveway! Ugh. So disappointing. a 3 star hotel with 4 floors with no lifts.... its was a first bad experience with such wonder.un cooperative staff with no value for customer. Service and the lady front office manager Design of the bathtub that aloow water to flow across the bathroom floor that let my 2 years old daughter fall and injured herself.
