It is a small family owned inn (about 20 rooms). The boss, his wife and daughter were very friendly and sincere. They brought breakfast (very nice sandwiches and soya bean drinks) for the guests when their kitchen helper fell sick. The boss was very helpful in providing direction and suggestions for the places to visit. The family room that we booked is not very big but enough for 4 adults. The inn is just renovated, less than 1 year ago. So the toilet fixtures, shower cubicle, taps and toilet .

If you are unsure where to go or what to do, staff can recommend places of interest, even writing up an itinerary for you. Rooms are very clean and the bigger rooms are massive with two double beds and very suitable for family. Also, not far from daqiaotou mrt, straight bus to ximending, walking distance to ningxia night market. Five star services without the five star price. Wifi is pretty fast too!. The staff! The staff are very passionate about this Inn. In fact, we were there for my husband's birthday and they actually got him a cake and sang happy birthday to us. This Inn is hands down the best place to stay in Taipei. The room was very nice and the soundproofing was awesome! The toilet is super high tech and all of the toiletries you could ever want are in the bathroom. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, full of passion. The room is clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. I'm amazed with the security service that I never saw similar function or concept over the world. They showed me the SMS notification and instant state monitoring on my mobile phone. Very interesting and convincing. Everything we need from the hotel is available, i.e comfort bed, good airconditioning, complete facilities in toilet & shower incl tooth brush etc. MRT station is just 7 mins away. Breakfast is complete even though not many choices, but who need those? Staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff are very friendly, no doubt it is a small inn but the rooms are very well kept. It is about 10 min walk to the nearest MRT station. If you don't mind walking or if you have 4 persons, then taking a cab can partially offset this problem. Our neighbors left their door ajar and so it was making a very loud banging noise, but no fault of the Inn. There is a step up to get into the bathroom as well and the escalator only works part time. Cannot view outside from the room, thouggh there is window. This area is considered old town, so there are many old shoplots. The hotel was near Daqiaotou MRT but it was quite difficult to get to esp. on Day1 of the trip where you are still not used to the MRT and Bus System. But if you're already familiar, you'll find it's easy to get to. The breakfast was disappointing. The water in the shower room drained away slowly; the drain was probably clogged. The breakfast is not good, but it is still better than no breakfast at all. The breakfast was decent with some variety, but the food should have been kept warmer. The twin sharing room was a little small. Nothing. Breakfast was bland and could be improved. That we had to stay at another hotel the first night as there was a problem with our room. Nothing serious. If I have one comment it would be that it takes a long time for the water in the shower to go away. The hotel is a little far from metro, it's not convenient for large luggage. No toilets at lobby area. Room a bit small and steps to access bathroom. I guess breakfast could be improved. There is renovation upstairs, very noisy during the day. It is quite a distance from the nearest MRT station; Daqiaotou Station. Breakfast is disappointing. Should have more varieties. A little distance from MRT. no window. Quite some distance to the MRT station about 8 mins walk. Outlook not very nice. Breakfast seems not very attractive. If they can make it looks more clean will be better. During my visit, there are some renovation works done on my next room. The breakfast restaurant was also under renovation and not much can be done on the breakfast during my stay.
