1. They provided five star standardized services. Paid special attention to our needs made on reservation prior to check-in. 2. They offer breakfast with good variety, and continued to replenish till the end of the service. 3. Large room, daily news paper and great location at new center of the city. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Our young boys had a soccer ball that needed inflating. The staff immediately attended to this without any difficulty. The staff made the boys very happy. We were able to take them to the park to kick the ball around. It was a great day!!!.
all reviews » The staff are very nice,when I need to call my friend's cell phone, the hotel only allows local call, the reservation clerk Jean uses her own cell phone to call for me. The staff are very polite and in good business manners. They will give you the help & guidance for the places you want to go. The staff if very friendly, the food was delicious and tasty. Everything in this hotel made my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Located close to good food and beverage options. Also bus to Taoyuan airport stops at hotel. The staff and their hospitality, location, the varieties of food for breakfast,. Staff was great, also I found the hotel room very beautifull. Gym was nice!!!. I suggest the customer should be allowed to use the hotel phone to call first cell phone,up to five minutes for free. There is nothing tk dislike. Breakfast was not internatiol enough. It was more like chinese buffet from last night warmed up or next morning -type of thing. This is pretty typical in this region - I know - but still I didn´t find it up to the standards of hotel facilities. only the location is not that convience for non-local travalers. You can only take taxi or you need to transfer 2 buses to reach there if you visit Taichung by high-speed rail. No much. nothing to say. Breakfast could have been more elaborate. Requested a twin beds room but given a big bed(2twin beds attached) instead. Called down and asked to change but they said no more twinbeds room unless we go for an upgrade with NT200+!.. [they could easily move the 2 twin beds apart to become 2 twin!]. The hotel is run-down. Staff not so friendly and helpful, not willingly to help but those room cleaning people were more helpful and smart.
