The location and the facilities. Nice beach. Massage services. The hotel although announced to be 5 stars isn't 5 stars on our view. 3 or 4 stars is more the european standard. The restaurants are opened sequentially and not on the same time. If you arrive later than 9pm at the buffet there are difficulties to be re supplied. The exterior of the hotel would be much nicer with some new refurbishing. Lots of part need new painting.
