  The host Christoph Imboden is fantastic. He was very helpful during our stay and provided important information for maximizing our visit to the Zermatt area (seeing the Matterhorn, etc.).   A very warm welcome by staff!! All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian. The room was very very clean and large enough to stay comfortably, with 2 closets. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was of a good quality foods, varieties of ham&cheeses, crispy croissants, fresh fruits and yogurts were delicious. We tried loc - Ther staff were very helpful, extra bed -no problems immediate, a vegetarian meal - right away no questions. changed faulty kettle immediately. Good food and everything with a smile. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.

  We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. - Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.

  This hotel is ideally situated if you intend to visit Zermatt. The immediate surroundings are stunning (great views of the snow-capped mountains if you're on a higher floor) and the village of Tasch is very picturesque and quaint. If you want to go up to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise without the ice palace you can buy a ticket at the hotel for 70 chf instead of 99 chf. The room was large and had a lovely view over the village to the mountains. There was a fridge that we used on the room. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. There was lots of free parking. The Internet signal was strong in the room.

  We are a family of 4 with two children age range of 9-11. The apartment was wonderful and location exceptional. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious. It consisted of a large kitchen, living room with couch, hall way seating area with a couch, two bedrooms and a bathroom with separate loo. It was - The flat was well-appointed and quite spacious, clean and had a big TV with satellite channels. Although only a few English ones. Quite close the the station in Tasch to take the train to Zermatt. Free parking. We particularly liked the well appointed kitchen and cooked dinner most evenings.

  Excellent room. Location was fantastic. Clean. Lot of space , value for money. Great balconies, view of mountains. - Location & breakfast. Facilities in the room is also very good and clean.
