The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. Offered water and tea immediately. The room is big and they offered us lake view. Free tea, coffee, cakes and water is available all the time. Breakfast was good and very nice. They guide us very nicely where to roam in city and near by area. We asked two three times and they explained in detail every tim.
all reviews » Very courteous and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk updated my room to a lake view without me asking free of charge. Nice cozy decoration. The game room/tea room is very nice. You can listen to a variety of music while enjoying a warm cup of tea. Breakfast was amazing with great fresh fruit salad. Overall, had an amazing experience. The hotel is located at the top of the hill. It is unique, antique and special. The hostess is excellent and a very nice and helpful young man too. Breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to my friends and families. The owner of the hotel was lovely and hotel is very unique and special. We arrived and the child cot was not sufficient for my son so they upgraded to a larger room for no additonal price. We hope to come back in winter and stay for a longer time. Hotel provided a pickup service from the train station. Hotel is not far, but up a lot higher than the train station. It was very easy to take our luggage down to the train station, with the directions provided by the hotel. Right in the center of St. Moritz. Spectacular views of mountains and lake. Friendly and helpful staff!. staff is very friendly. hotel has salon room and we can have delicious cakes and coffee or tee from 3pm to 7pm. room is very comfortable, and breakfast is very good. They failed a bit with our taxi - forgot to book it, but than fixed this very quickly, so this is not a real complaint:). It would be perfect if you can get a room on the upper floor. Nothing, all was great!. We had a brief overnight stay. All was good. nothing. Nothing. No hand soap in the bathroom. Our short time there.
