  Two couples stayed here as a stop over between Champagne and Venice. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful valley not far from the Susten pass. The family who run it are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They recommended a number of places for dinner in nearby Wessen to suit a range of budgets. Switzerland can be expensive for travellers however we all left feeling we received great value for mone - Comfortable stylish apartment with well equipped kitchen on a farm. Friendly service, access to nearby located tourist attractions, e.g. Interlaken, Schilthorn, Trummelbach waterfalls (Trümmelbachfälle), Jungfrau. Unique atmosphere over pharm located in the valley with the view of everfrost mountain tops.

  Had the most amazing weekend. The guesthouse is CLEAN, and the staff is FABULOUS. I would recommend anyone to stay here, and we will definitely be using them again on our next adventure into the Alps. The road up to the Susten Pass is right in front of the guesthouse. The village itself is only 6 buildings so it really has the "alpine village" fee... what people say » l to it. We drove down to Merringen for dinner the second night we were there, which was about 15 minutes down the mountain. We hiked to trift bridge - Staff were very friendly, we loved everything about our stay. It was like a home away from home. The town is of Gadmen is very small, but very close to Trift Bridge and lots of hiking. Short drive down the mountain to larger towns. We can't wait to go back.
