  We loved everything about Hotel Ristorante. The staff were great, and the owner Bekim, was phenomenal. He treated us as family, no strangers there and you were made to feel comfortable and at home. The prices of the food were comparable to other restaurants and the hotel was great. Very clean. If you are ever travelling abroad and go to Lucern... what people say » e, stay just 5 minutes away from the buisness of the big city, this is the place to stay. We ended up coming back before we left to fly home, just to - Fantastic, friendly staff who were always available for questions or other needs. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station and just 2 minutes from the bakery and grocery store. Train is only 9 minutes from Lucerne and also goes to other scenic areas to the east (Mt. Rigi in particular).

  The staff was extremely helpful. They gave us a room with a large terrace which was perfect for our dog. The hotel is a quick 5 minute drive from downtown Lucerne and the family restaurant in the hotel was good was no more expensive than retaurants downtown. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who would like to visit Lucerne. The personnel is very polite, helpful and also very flexible. Our room was comfortable for 4 persons and it was really clean. The breakfast was also good. Good value for money!!!

  We loved all there! The best hotel we have ever stayed. The X-mass decorations were amazing like in a tally fare .   The location is fantastic, I liked not being in the centre of Lucerne and the superb public transport (bus stop about 50 yrds from hotel) meant travelling to and from the centre each night was painless. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. If you want to do a trip (The goldern ticket to see Mount Pilates is a must), then we found it easy ... what people say » to do that through the hotel. - We liked the view of the lake and Pilatus from our third floor room with balcony. A spacious room more than compensated for the tiny bathroom. Easy access into Luzern, bus stops outside Hotel and takes about ten minutes. Good buffet breakfast.

This creates a more relaxed intimate environment. Food is amazing...try the bratwurst made by the owner and you will forget everything else. The lake is right opposite to the hotel and so is the train station. A guy named Tito helped us with all the information we needed. Anyone who is not going here is in a big loss.

Incredibly friendly staff, lovely room with balcony and view of the lake just across the road - it was unexpectedly a very rainy few days and we still had a great experience even though we could not use all of the amazing outdoor lakeside areas that are beautifully furnished (will have to go back another summer to use all of the ... what people say » facilities). This was a great find - charming and above average comforts/decor/facilities. - Great location beside the Lake. Staff in all areas were either totally disinterested in their job or quite rude. Restaurant food very nice but very limited menu and quite expensive. Room and view of Lake impressive but room very small. Not up to our expectation.
