Excellent location which would be extremely difficult to beat. Even staying in the old town (Citta Vecchia) of Locarno is not as convenient as Hotel Rio Garni. Hosts Caterina and Gigi were incredible. Very, very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made fruit salade and good selection. Very clean, stylish and very close to the station and city center. the newely renovated rooms and the balcony.
