The comfort of room with good view. Wonderful outdoor hot spring. Clean, good service (even if at times confusing due to language issues), good location and view. Convenient in-hotel pools.Very nice, comfortable, clean room with a lovely view. The ambiance at the hotel is very cheery and the reception staff quite helpful. The baths at the hotel are a major plus to staying there. They are not huge but there is an indoor pool with jets and an outdoor pool with bubble beds. There is also a sauna, steam room, and solarium.
