  Pub setting in a village with amazing views of the countryside. Close to other scenic towns eg Gruyeres. Room was very comfortable with the added music of cowbells from the rear of the hotel. Enjoyed their country- styled meals. Amazing what hand signals and gestures can achieve, with most of the staff only speaking French. Most enjoyable.   Everything! The owner is a wonderful and kind person. She welcomed us with a nice aperitif on the terrace, had wonderful and interesting conversations during our stay and we felt good from the first moment on. The very good breakfast on the terrace with its wonderful view on the mountains (with no other houses disturbing) is just amazing. My fiancé and m - The location was beautiful, the chalet was full of character and history and the chalets owner who greeted us, and made us so welcome told us proudly the history of her lovely home. It was a wonderful relaxing experience, we loved having breakfast on the lawn in the morning looking out over the mountains in the sunshine.
