  Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. Had dinner once at the pub and it was good :) - Best hotel ever!!! Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good. Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast. Very nice ! Thank you!

  The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the train station and the big Migros store which had a good restaurant. It was nice to have laundry facilities.Breakfast was very good, especially the bread and cheese. - Hotel Lotschberg's staff and vicinity were just what we needed to revital... what people say » ize ourselves after a tiring journey.

  This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed here last december and the same 3 rooms apartment we stayed has been renovated and we like it very much. The owner, mr raj and her daughter sangeeta has been really helpful throughout our stay. Very near to shopping area. - Friendly staff,clean room..not far from Train station..(5mins... what people say » walking distance)but there's a bus direct too,Halal food just opposite...Thai/chinese food not far too,we like this apartments It nice if they include washing machine as in packages..

  the room is very cozy and comfortable, very nice, makes me feel like living in a family, not like other big, posh, impersonal hotels. the staff are very friendly and warm - Breakfast was great. Only a short walk to the city centre. Comfortable budget room. Would definitely stay there again

  The 3 room room apartment with an open sitting area and kitchen had plenty of room for our family to relax. The location is close to all nearby amenities including rentals, restaurants, shops, the river etc. The neighbors were very friendly as well. The place was clean, with just the right touch of "home" including linens, toiletries, and basic pa... what people say » ntry items. Due to the age of our young children, we enjoyed many meals IN the apartment, instead of strugging at restaurants. The breakfast and morni - The apartment was perfect for our family group. We stayed for a week and never got tired of the excellent views from the balcony! The breakfast was a short walk away but this didn't matter as it was excellent quality. It was also really useful to have a washing machine and kitchen facilities so we saved a lot of money there.

  The owners were very friendly and helpful in every way. We were picked up at the train station by car which was a big plus for finding the house. We had a small apt which allowed us to cook and thus shop in the local grocery store which was a fun and interesting experience. Were there on Easter Sunday and when I opened our door that morning there ... what people say » was an adorable Easter basket sitting there with swiss candy, colored eggs and the cuties rolls in the shape of bunnies! We would definately stay ther - Excellent help from the owners. We went to a local ski park in the morning after checkout. And then had to rush to catch the train in the afternoon. The owners, very helpfully he brought our 2 big suitcases with 2 smaller cabin bags to both train stations. This is great service indeed and beyond expectations.
