Hotel Blümlisalp is located amid the First and Männlichen Ski and Hiking Area, on the road to the Upper Grindelwald Glacier, just 50 metres from the cable car. In winter, you can ski right down to the hotel. Free parking is available. All rooms feature garden and mountain views, cable TV and solid wooden furniture. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the entire building. The restaurant offers traditional Swiss cuisine, using mainly organic products from the owner's farm right next to the hotel. From the restaurant you can enjoy panoramic views of the Eiger Mountain. You can also buy home-made meat specialities and milk products in the farm shop. The owner himself is also a butcher and cook. Children can enjoy watching the farm animals or have fun in the kids corner. The Grindelwald Train Station is an 8-minute drive away and a bus stop is located right next to the Blümlisalp Hotel.

enjoyable picnic on the balcony after a short jaunt down to grindelwald (taking advantage of the free bus pass on the way back up the hill!); comfortable and clean; good showers. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Great views. I arrived really late and the receptionist didn't mind leaving the key hidden for me. I would totally recommend this hotel. Warm welcome. Great views of Mt. Eiger and other mountains! Delicious buffet breakfast. Bus stop right next to Chalet. Thoughtful help with sight-seeing ideas and maps.
