They were very helpful and courteous; made us feel very welcome and comfortable, and would make sure that we were satisfied with their facility and service. Graechen is not a usual destination for Brits but we found everyone very poite,welcoming and speaking better english than our German by a mile.   Location was far, but you can see very beautiful stars. We stayed with 3 people with one room, but didn't expect there are two bedroom in one room. Also sofa was there, should be good to stay with family or friends. - Friendly welcome, homely atmosphere, comfortable bed, spacious room. Good breakfast. Convenient for the centre of Grachen.

  Top score stay! Walked in tired -however with Oliver's welcome, a super room and refreshing use of pool and spa we felt perfect in no time.
