Concierge and staff very friendly and helpful.Perfect location but like the older style architecture such as the Hotel D'Angleterre next door. When I checked in, thehotel staff mentionned that I have been allocated a double rm and thatthe rate was too good for a suite and they could therfore not give mewhat was booked. I was therefore not given what I booked and perconfirmation. I would have expected that cheap attitude from a 1-2 starhotel and not the KEMPINSKI..So beware you guys.. The beds. the leisure facilities were closed for refurb ,also the bar and 2 of the restaraunts - we were not informed by e-mail about this. improve service. The courtesy bottle of water on the coffee table was not replaced in 4 days. Shabby furniture; I didn't find any Hotel Intro in the room, so i had to call receiption to inquire about facilities and breakfast hours; no water in the sauna/pool area, only gym; fixed wall mounted shower is very low, so i could not take a shower fully upright; pool and sauna areas without repair as if from 80-ties.Yes. Bad services for Internet. It was down most of the time. Staff not prepared to deal with this problem.
