  the hotel is very authentic and simple. great location- right next to brientz lake, 5 minutes drive on a bus from interlaken, so we enjoyed the quiet. they gave us a card that gives us free bus drives to interlaken. very clean! super comfortable beds! - The lady at the Reception prepared for us the breakfast at 5:30.   The staff are extremely friendly and would do anything to make your stay memroable. The location of the hotel is perfect over looking the beautiful Lake Brienz. Overlall, very good hotel on all fronts. My advice is to have your own car. It will help a lot to visit around the area.   Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. Had dinner once at the pub and it was good :) - Best hotel ever!!! Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good. Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast. Very nice ! Thank you!

  Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. The food was very good ( both Breakfast and Dinner, and we are vegetarians ). The staff also help organise our activities such as Paragliding and Canyon Jumping . I would strongly recommend The Jungfrau Hotel and its excellent staff - We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers. We are already checking our dates to book again for next year! A wonderful hotel!
