Everything was positive. Wonderful breakfast buffet!. Located in the middle of the town which was convenient. Overally nice, clean room and normal breakfast. View of the river. Nothing. no balconies on the floors, had to go down and out to have a smoke. Using the credit card when checking in 15% was added/reserved in addition to the agreed price without any information. Checking my acount the same evening revealed the above. The staff informed later that the 15% would be return to my account withing 4-5 days. I was told that this was normal prcatice when checking in.
