It was a ten minute walk to the tube if walking by street level. The neat thing was the funicular was across the street so it was a short walk if you used it. It was free to ride! The mall with everything one could need is right there. They serve a basic Swedish breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were basic but comfortable and the location was easy to reach. Make sure you get the free funicular from Lilleholmen station - it's quite a walk uphill otherwise!.

The openness and flexibility of staff, very nice welcoming and very kind people. It does not really look like a hotel, but a hostel, although our room was great and had a lovely city view. A bit expensive though, but what hotel in Stockholm isn't?. That the hotel was newly renovated. Good standards on room with nice bathroom. The breakfast quite alright. Silence, view of the window, staff flexibility. Nice open clean kitchen. clean, hot water. Comfortable. Good price. Breakfast was nice, as well as people in the reception... When they were there... The view from the window. Close to the train with free parking, good for visiting Stockholm by car. The rooms are small and the lighting is not very good for reading but it is very clean and quiet here. Curtains weren't very heavy and in summer it gets very light very early which woke me up. no other complaints about the hotel though. - Doors are not so sound proof. We would have preferred having the refrigerator in the room. The hostel feeling overall gives a strange feeling. If the rooms have been nicely renovated they also need to be taken care of. Dust in the wardrobe and on the top of the bed-back-side in the corner. The cupboard in the bathroom quite stainful and the desk had been cleaned with at dirty cloth. Everything that was right in front of you was clean. Seems as if the personal need to have more communication between them. Only cleaning the room on demand. It is constrangeous. Break fast not included and I reserved a room with restroom. Still remains a kind of hostel. Noise on the corridor outside the room all morning when I was trying to have a lie-in!. small room and cold floor in the shower. Lack of prior information regarding access to hotel from station. The front door of the hotel banged so much that it waked me up several times during the night. Due to this I will not recommend this hotel. First time in my life I am so disappointed … First of all, there should be clear information that there is a lift from metro station to the hotel! I didn’t know and I was walking with suitcase on the snow up the hill where hotel is situated, that was a hell! Secondly, there was no towel in the room, shower that flooded toilet (so close each other) and the worst - it was extremely cold!!! I got a cold after one night there. Shampoo and conditioner instead of soap?? Seriously?? The staff has not heard of hangers! And there were only 2-3 in the wardrobe! The furniture gathered too much dust! The rooms are cleaned only by request! I couldn't believe it! There were only three channels available to watch! Not even one international channel like Euronews, for example, or cnn! Lucky us that we understand Swedish! But what about other international guests!?. the bathroom - broken shower without curtain, very little lavabo the room - radiator not working, noisy not very clean . I had to change Room thrice within the first week itself so that I could get proper Wifi. I had to wait one whole week to be informed that the iron box wasnt working. Lot of slack in providing service to customers. The heater wasnt working well and it was to child in the room. Terrible and very poor service, room not cleaned, garbage not collected and towels not changed for 5 days of our stay, breakfast not included when booking so we had to pay extra.they do not accept amex card.
