The room was large and very comfortable with a lovely outlook over the surrounding area. Lots of parkland and lovely residential houses. Short walk to train station and 3 stops away from the city. Parking was secure underground but very expensive. Great breakfast. Restaurant, kind and friendly stuff, comfortable room, distance from the nearby station. TOP quality hotel with Top offseason rate, great rooms.

As a four stars Hotel they should offer a free internet, but they don't.Lobby atmosphere is a little 'cold'. In addition, one day of our three days stay we were missing towels.the design of the room is very poor, and the pillows are very small and hard... besides that no complains. I not so like about cleaning so bad,mostly not refill and not clear!. The matrass covers were very 'plushy', which gives nasty reaction when you have probl like astma. 2 beds instead of twin, reception next to bar no atmosphere for relaxing there, and bartender was not there while bar should be open. So receptionist had to give drink which was chaotic. Front desk too busy, long waiting times. Constant queue at the reception desk, long waiting time. Given distance from city centre, only recommended for business clientèle for fair exhibitions.No additional facilities at all Restaurants and bar were closed most of the time. Not much, not as comfortable as expected and not as beautiful indesign....disapointing.
