Excellant hotel ,very nice & clean, very good brekfast , very good food , shops all a round ,clean beach every thing was excellant. They upgrade me to a suite which was marvellous , thanks to all . the room is very big and comfort, if you like clean house and big bathtub, there is a good place. Addition, the breakfast buffet is very good, especially sweet beans and bread are my favorite.
all reviews » They are very loving to children. They give toys. They offer ice-cream as a prize if the child is successful in a simple game. I am sure my kid won't forget this hotel. I booked suite with ocean view, it was so large and nice, hotel staff were very friendly. I definitely will stay at this hotel next time to Sri Lanka. Rooms were lovely and very close to the beach - very comfortable beds - staff always so willing to help. We liked the hotel very much. food is nice and staff is good. Location is excellent. Good location on the beach and close to airport. Very brief stay arrived late one night from airport and set off early next morning. Rooms were very big. Beds comfy. Fair bit of noise in the morning as our room was over the restaurant. Pool looked lovely as did the beach. Pretty expensive but I think it's due to the proximity to airport. Food, close to airport. The beach/ view. Nothing I did not like. maybe is our flight too late, and when we arrived at airport and we cannot find the hotel address. The hotel seems to be deluxe but in fact it is close to average in terms of room quality. I was expecting memorable rooms, I am disappointed. WiFi was very weak in my room! and during shower the water drainage was too slow!!. Restaurant only offered buffet. While the hotel appears clean, in the room below the beds there was plenty of dust (seemed not cleaned in years). The hotel is definitely too expensive for what it offers. It's not amazing but it did the trick for us as an overnighter. Hotel was run down, service was poor and staff were very disinterested, restarant was noisy and had no atmosphere, rooms were large but tired. Way too expensive for what it was. Pictures look great on website but look like they were take years ago. The staff were horrible. Room was not ready for check in, then we disovered that tv is not working, we got the room changed after three hours to discover that A/C is not working, had to changed the room for the third time.
