Very comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms had excellent double glazing and effective air conditioning, it would have been noisy if we had had to sleep with the windows open. I had my wallet pinched (not at the hotel) and the hotel staff were very helpful in helping sort out stopping cards and going to the Police etc. We did not eat there so cant comment on the food. -Though just off busy streets, the room was very quiet with an excellentview of the hustle and bustle of the streets of Valencia -we purchasedthe daily breakfast buffet - the food was excellent, and the dining roomstaff were wonderful -the maid service was also excellent -location wasgreat - right next to a metro stop and the train station.

The location of the hotel, easy access to all the main attractions. The El Nord Station immediately opposite the hotel where you can take a train to Gandia which is a wonderful town and has a fabulous beach.Very good location, next to the train station. Even tough the room was on the street side it was very quiet at night. Very friendly staff - we could check in at 10 AM and store our luggage after checking out. Hotel was very clean. Excellent location. If you drive in to the city it's easy to locate as it's next to train station. Good for the metro. Lovely buffet breakfast. Bar prices too expensive and this was reflected by how few people were using it. the view from the window was in a backyard of an old poor building. Modern hotel so if you are looking for "character " this is not the one.Breakfast a bit chaotic as not enough tables. Satellite reception was poor on some tv channels. The rooms hasn't got Wi-fi. Hotel receptionist was not so good with restaurant reservations. It mayhave been the individual we dealt with. I would recommend doing someresearch beforehand on tripadvisor etc. The staff wasn't very helpfull about touristic information, there are no liflets at the reception. The wifi is only workig in the reception area, not in the room.

Travelling information

ARRIVING VIA THE A7 (Barcelona and Castellón):
Take the Avda Cataluña, follow Avda Aragón, cross the river and continue straight through Avda Marques del Turia. At the end of the avenue, follow the ESTACION de RENFE sign.

ARRIVING VIA THE A3 (Madrid and Airport):
Take the Avda del Cid, and at the end of the avenue follow the sign to the CITY CENTRE (Centro Ciudad) until you reach PLAZA DE ESPANA, and then follow the signs for ESTACION DE TRENES.

ARRIVING VIA THE A7 (Alicante):
Take the Avda Ausias March, then at the end of the avenue, turn left into Avda Peris y Valero, cross the bridge and on the right take c/ San Vicente Martir until you reach the Plaza España, from where you can follow sign-posts to the train station.

ARRIVING FROM VALENCIA AIRPORT:
This airport is 7 km from the hotel. A taxi ride takes approximately 20 minutes and costs approximately EUR 14. Alternatively, a bus leaving from the airport every 20 minutes and costing EUR 2.50 takes you to a stop in C/Bailen just 50 metres from the hotel.
