Staff was very friendly. By request, they gave us a kettle to boil water for tea in the room. The room was clean and well-equipped, with balcony. Location is good, in walking distance (20 min) from the train station and 30 min from the City of Sciences and Arts. We only used transportation to get to the airport. The Bombay fast-food downstairs is okay.

Vanessa was wonderful contacting us by email before we arrived & just before we left . The beds were comfortable, everywhere clean .Tea & coffee in morning was great, but would be great earlier or if we could make own.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa, the lady who cleans the rooms. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location is perfect, very close to the main touristic attractions of Valencia.
Best place to stay in Valencia! close to city center but very calm and quiet. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Next time when we go to Valencia we will choose the same place :).

We got two clean towels per person everyday, the room was big and very clean, the price is really good for what we expected and just like in the picture.
Pension is clean and modest, allthough in a fancy and central neighbourhood. It has a friendly staff. It is reasonably quiet for such a central place.

Just a warning: they don’t have elevator, so you may need to carry your bags to the 3rd floor using staircase.
Almost nothing to say, this hotel completely correspond to our
expectations, just was little hard to climb by stairs to our floor.
It was difficult as staff we saw did not speak English, or very little. Iwish I had emailed Vanessa in retrospect but did not know if I could.
I suggest putting a liquid soap disposal in the common bathroom.
