Beautiful location. On arriving to be greeted by three smiling faces who went out of their way to be helpful and nothing was a problem to them. Rooms were kept spotless and in the future, your hotels will be the first we will try for accommodation. Your staff are a credit to you, completely the opposite to our experience in Portugal last year at a different hotel group. Bus directly opposite hotel so take you to city centre, good link to ring road, clean, relatively basic but what we paid for. all reviews »
Value for money was very good as hotel price incuded tickets for The City and Arts and Sciences, Hemisferic and Oceanografico which would have been over 60 euros, Room was very clean, staff could not have been any more helpfull as they went out of the way to help with flight and taxi bookings. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend the two day package for the arts centre A+++. I had room with city sigtseeing ticket which was very convinient because I avoid long queues in front of the Ocenarium.Hotel breakfast was also good for this price.The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the City of the Science and Arts and has very good public communication to the city centre (bus no 35).Convenient and good price. the disponibility of the staff and the clean and tidy room; also the fact that the hotel is near the "ciudad de la ciencia" etc..The staff were very friendly. The hotel was located very close to the Hemipsheric, L'Oceanografico, etc that we were wanting to visit. There was a very large selection for breakfast and was frequently topped up. Bit too far out of city centre, further than we expected, you couldn't walk it. Was on the 5th floor and still had quite a bit of road noise from the main street below, Maybe noticed it more as we live out of town at home, but this was the only down side. The rooms were very basic and the wardrobe was very small and open - a corner of the room that was very hard to manoeuvre yourself to be able to put anything in it! Also, I thought I'd read in the hotel details that there was a pool, but I think it was in the NH Las Artes next door. If were able to use that, staff didn't make us aware that were allowed to use the other hotel's facilities.
