Very close to city ,bus just outside. the bus stop is really close to the Hotel, and the hotel location is perfect whether one wants go to the port-beach area or to the city center. Reception friendly and professional. The hotel is new and comfortable, strongly aviced. Nice atmosphere, very quiet at all times, and close to many places of interest. One of My Group intends to stay at a hotel of the same group in Barcelona soon.

The location and the staff's knowledge of Valencia. The rooms are nice decorated and everthing is there. The hotel has a nice location between the beach en the citycenter and the neighbourhood is very nice with a lot of facilities (supermarkt, atm, etc.). There's also a busstop in front of the hotel (for the beach and citycenter).Very modern and clean hotel. Just next to the Arts and Sciences centerbut a bit far from the city center. Easy parking, also for big cars - which is otherwise a problem in Spain.Friendly staff quiet position. Walks in to the old town up the old river bed are pleasant but if you're in a rush (journrney time, 45 min), catch the 19 bus which has a stop directly outside the hotel.Close to the Museum centre. The room was comfortable and silent. Hotel staff good. two things: lots of water coming out from the shower, sometimes the housekeeping service should be more attentive, but these two are simple details. should make area on ninth floor for smoking not at the front door and steps at front door very slippery when wet carrying bags. tightness of carpark entry which made it very difficult to access. The pool area and showers was not clean.The pool on the roof is small and there isn't much sun on the roof due a wall and and other roof. The pool is pretty much a joke. It's really small, so don't trus thepictures. Same goes for the sunbathing area.The full price of the rooms has to be paid on arrival. While I fullyunderstand that hotels need to secure payment, this way of doing itmeans the the client cannot discuss the price afterwards, if somethinggoes wrong. - Also swimming pool really too small to qualify as pool. Shower screens to small no flat screen tv. The roof top pool and sunbathing area is disappointing. Pool size is no bigger than a large jacuzzi and as it is virtually enclosed, only a small portion gets any sulight. There are only about 4 sunbeds there too. It is also a bit too far from the beach to walk. Shoebox gym (1 runner, rower and bike squeezed together) with a matchbox sauna (2 people sitting very snugly). The people on the reception was not on top. We had to ask 4 times afterthey managed to organise the key to use the garage. No evident signes inthe garage to find way in and out.The price for room for two nights was Euros 509, followed by Euros 345.
