This is a lovely hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful and there are some good restaurants/bars close by. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros! A superb breakfast is served on the 3rd floor where views of the beachfront/marina are lovely.

We hired a car from the airport, and although there is free parking on the streets nearby, this is not guaranteed and may not be plentiful in summer months.They didn't have our booking in their systems, but luckily they had room available. Breakfast is a bit poor, lacking in warm dishes and the renewal of dishes available is slow. Hotel is in what seems to be a dodgy port area. There are people assisting you with parking and asking money for these services, wich you did not require.It was fine, not for further users though - there appears to be major development taking place behind the hotel - although, if you are using it as base for sightseeing, it ought not to affect your stay,. The lack of a sitting-out area.the restaurant wasn't as great as expected. the room has no the window to outside. Not really, just that the staff is quite able to communicate in English. But this is a minor problem. LAN is awailable; WLAN would be more comfortable. the breakfast was poor. Slow checkin and checkout. Nasty smell in room.
