-The hotel is perfectly situated: right in the centre at 100m from the cathedral. -The staff is very friendly and helpful. - The room is very clean and has a beautiful modern touch. It is very small though (we took the standard room) and i suppose the luxury room will be bigger. - The price-quality is excellent. You can hire bikes directly from the hotel at a discount. The location is excellent. There is a tiny plaza behind the building. On the my last day it hosted a pop up craft beer fest which was really fun. The staff are friendly and the rooms were really functional. If you're in Valencia, set aside half a day for the city of arts and science. You won't regret it. This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever seen.. The place is looking tired now, tiles missing in bathroom and shower, shower head not working properly and leaked. Just all the room looking a bit worn out. Close to loud church bells. Just a silly thing, the shower didn't have a door what made the floor messy after showering!... Rooms are very small but we did expect that. No english channels on tv. The smell in this part of Valencia in the summer is foul, and the hotel lobby was not much different from the streets. Rooms very tiny. The room could have been better maintained. The room was only slightly bigger than the bed, with no bed-side tables and a wardrobe that was less than the width of the coat hangers, so not as comfortable as I expected given the original price of the hotel. Had we not paid such a low rate for the room we would have had cause for complaint.
