The B&B is actually a shared apartment which is really comfortable if you want to cook your own food on a long stay to save some money and eat well. The location is really close to the train station (cabanyal 5 mins walking) and not too far from the metro (maritim-serrería 15 mins walking). Also the cabanyal market is very close if you want some good food at cheap rates (better than the central market but not as beautiful). The house is cleaned every day but not your room so it's good for y. all reviews »
Nice breakfast,excellent facilities, close to the beach and wi-fi. Easy to go to city center by metro.
It was within 1 km of the beach. A road goes straight towards the beach.
This is an apartment in a residential area. The area is calm but near to
the main road of the city. You get your keys and then you can go out and
enter anytime. So full freedom. No restriction.
Proximity to the university of Valencia (800 m). Good
price/value ratio.
Ultimately and uniquely the Price. Practicallity to visit the Municipal Market very pleasant!.
only one bathroom with 6 or more people might be a bit too few, that's the only con I can think of.
The apartment has only one common bathroom for 4 bedrooms of total 9
persons. In the morning there is a big queue. The lights in the room are
not enough for reading.
The location. Not that I don't like the beach (0n the contrary!)...
The B&B is located as part of appartment in a very very old building, poorly built. Any little noises or steps made by occupants in the storey above, the resonances of those are very disturbing for every nights sleep! Not talking about the coldness or dampness in the room or bathroom topped up by the very windy cold ground temperature!
I will not come back to that B&B.
