Very clean, beautiful Apartment with air conditioner, you can find so many places to eat near the apartment, also two super markets, if you want to cook yourself. To the city center you can walk, about 10 min., so everyday we came back about 13 o'clock, took a afternoon sleep and went out again, coz the sun in the afternoon was very strong. The apartments are in a beautifully renovated building. Very good, bright design. The rooms were clean, and even included a washing machine and microwave oven. The terrace area is great to relax and enjoy the warm Seville weather. WiFi was great, and the staff was prompt in case of any request.
all reviews » The appartment located close to the city center, in a quite area, 5 min away from a number of bars/restaurants. With 2 separate bedrooms, living room and a kitchen for great value of money. In addition a nice terrace on the roof - not something every apartment can offer. Absolute fabulous and well designed apartment within a ten minutes walk to the main sights of Sevilla. Very modern and tasteful designed with a bright and cooling atrium at the hallway. Very friendly english speaking staff. The apartment was very well decorated and maintained. Fully working air-conditioning and on a quiet side street minutes from the historic city center of Seville. Appartment has interesting structure and very appealling design. It's in the heart of old city but still quiet enough. It's very pleasant for staying. Polite staff. efficient heat pump to heat the room. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work. Parking is very difficult on street and expensive in city center car parks. Having to chase up keys so that we could go in and out when we wanted. WiFi not working to start with. Cleaners taking food that had onlyjust been put in the fridge. Not enough toilet paper. Very noisy. nothing to dislike. It was difficult to find the apartments (a lot of little streets). We did not expect that we would live on the first floor and can shake hands with people on the street :). The front door was like a door of closet, there was a feeling that you came in the closet (not flat) :) The ceiling above the sink in the bathroom is very low. When I brushed my teeth I had to bend down. Difficult to get the room key despite my emails and my Seville hotel's phone call. Dirty fruit knife, filthy unusable teatowel. No hooks or rails for clothes, clothes hangers or towels. Room only suited to someone away from home for a weekend. Leak from bathroom under flooring to beside bed. Poor Kitchen and bathroom lighting. Bathroom vanity is for a dwarf, I am 5'3'' and I banged my head on the ceiling.
