AC, nice, and clean!!! We enjoyed having a mini fridge as well. Location, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and rooms, free internet, very good location in the center (opposite to "El Corte Ingles"). This hotel is located in the centre of Seville. Wished it was closer to main tourists sites. It was a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral although the walk was through the shopping district so I didn't totally mind the walk!. A bit old fashioned, 1970's style, not sophisticated enough for a modern hotel, but still quite fine. old and quite noisy A/C in one of two rooms we stayed in. The door to the room was thin...noises from other guests in the corridor. The listed tv programmes were not all available. No safe in room.Pillows, crappy pillows. Some noise from the street.Bathroom became quite wet when showering. not many amenities; very "spartan".Staff were very dry, the didn't seem t want to provide information for he guests. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat had the plastic "sterile" just placed on it and not AROUND it. I lifted the toilet seat and I saw urine drops from a previous occupant!!. We found the staff not welcoming, unapproachable, and not particularly cheerful. The area around the hotel is very noisy and we did not sleep very well at all as the department store opposite takes deliveries in the early morning and this is carried out as if it is midday. The garage was very far from the hotel. The room was very dirty. Thestaff was unfriendly.
