Good location, on an easy-to-find street, close to restaurants, sights and shopping area. Nice atmosphere, charmingly decorated with attention to detail. Comfortable room, sound-proof, with large (wide!) bed. The (upstairs) restaurant is stunning and so was the food. We came for dinner and stayed the night, and the hotel is probably better suited for that than for just a hotel stay without eating there. Breakfast is simple. The Bathroom we did not think the bath/shower in our room was very good as the bath was old and chipped and the shower well ?. Found the bedroom a bit to hot even with Air Con at MAX. Rest of the hotel was much more comfortable temperature. Noise at night (after midnight). I did not know how to use the bath and whether it worked. There is no latch on the door. too brief a stay. My husband was served a piece of chicken which was raw in the middle. No apology was made when it was returned. Bad car parking.
