the rooms were very nice and the service was excellent. It's really closed to the city center (15 minutes by feet from Giralda). Quiet zone, safety by day and also by night. Free wifi internet connection. There's a small street in front of the hostal where you can park for free (if you are lucky ... max 5 cars). Recommended.The hotel is perfect. He is in the center of Sevilla, and very close to the chanell, and the cathedrals.

Parking, which was either very expensive all very hard to find.Also loading/unloading in front of the hotel was challenging because of very narrow street. The only hiccup was the day we were leaving and in a hurry to get to the airport. There was no-one at the reception desk as the person had gone for breakfast. There should always be someone available for us to pay the bill before departure.Staff did not speak English, noise within the hostal. With my basic Spanish it was difficult to make myself understood. Staff polite but not overly helpful. Rooms at the front are noisy as the cobbled and narrow street funnels noise upwards but this is a fact of life in Spain - take earplugs.Our room was ground floor facing the street so we had noise from Reception, guests coming and going, and although it is in a quite street, from cars and people walking in the street. I think this room should have a lower price to reflect this. Our air conditioning was also not working, although we wrere given a small discount on this account. One staff member very unwelcoming and I speak Spanish. non-english/second language speaking staff. The staff was absolutely unprofessional, there was not enough hot water for two people. This is the worst experience of my life in a hotel/hostal and I do not recommend this place to stay to anyone. Honestly, pay a few extra euros and go somewhere else. The room was noisy and the worst was the staff. Not a single word of French or English and they literally refused to call us a taxi for our day of departure while we were getting up at 6h00 AM to get to the train station.
