It is hard to know where to start. We had a hire car and the hotel notified us we could use, at a price,some parking nearby. First this was fantastic advice and next we arrived and we cannot express our delight, gratitude and pleasure with the kindness and comfort we received. We booked for two days stayed for 4 days extended to 5 days and will return after a small sojourn in Morocco. all reviews » Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator. The gentelman at reception was extremly nice and helpfull. The room was quite small but very comfortable and very very clean. It's located right in the middle of Sevilla. Everything important is within walking distance. It's a lovely Hostel to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Especially the tall man with the glasses, who spoke good English and French and went out of his way to help us. Room was nice and clean. Building was very nice. Attractive details. The location was really great, near all the popular sights and great tapas bars. We loved the newly decorated room on the third floorwe were given at the end of our trip. Great location,peaceful at night would never think you were in a city, friendly staff.Would return, plenty of restaurants and bars a very short distance away. It smelled a bit of painting in the bathroom, maybe that is why it was so nice and white. It wasn't enough pressure of water in the shower, but it was warm enough. Bit noisy (but this is probably the case with all older buildings in Sevilla). Bed a bit hard. We spent one night at the start of our trip before setting off to walk for a week on the Via de la Plata. Our room on the second floor was okay. However, we were very disappointed that the grumpy night porter refused to allow us leave a bag at the hotel to await our return. We had booked to stay there for two nights at the end of our trip. He said that this was hotel policy. Hard pillows. The hardest bed we have slept in and a long double pillow. Would prefer single pillows. no trouble... Nothing at all... No internet in rooms but when you're in Sevilla you stay outdoors all day anyway!. The room had really small window, so it was quite hot. Bed a bit uncomfortable. I really do not recommend the hotel %90. Except for a person nobody speaks english.We could not use wı-fı none.There ıs no lobby, no luxery and no smiling face .The bathroom and shower are terrible.They say there is a tv but you are asked to pay 10 euros for the remote controller ,they say some visitors put the controllers ın their bag!!! Nobody can accept being suspected like a robber.That is a real shame. Aisles are so narrow .Price is good but ı recommend to pay some more for a better one. Very small room even for Euro standards. Room haven't really been upgraded, just a lot of paint applied over everything. Room didn't have an exterior window, just one to a public inner space. Noisy air conditioner couldn't be used while sleeping. Very bad rooms: no air (interior window), no light, awful bathroom. The only nice surprise was that we had wifi though they said wifi was available only in public spaces. It was really a relief when we left. Staff not very friendly.
